More than 300 companies from around the world brought over 3,000 exhibits to the 2026 World Robot Conference, which opened in Beijing on Aug 19. Among them, three companies from Wuxi National Hi-Tech District, also known as WND, showcased the district's growing strength in the embodied intelligence industry.
Founded in 2023, Motorevo specializes in integrated robotic joints. Its production line can turn out a joint module every 90 seconds, with an annual capacity of one million units. In just three years, the company has completed seven rounds of financing, while its shipments surpassed 100,000 units in 2025.
Juxie Intelligent highlighted its expertise in harmonic-drive joint technology, with products designed to meet the needs of humanoid robots across the entire body. The company also presented products, including a bionic robotic arm and a foldable wheeled robot.

Dexterous Hand demonstrated a comprehensive technology portfolio spanning human-machine data collection, precision control, intelligent perception and complex task execution. Its LZ-Pro heavy-duty dexterous hand can handle loads of up to 50 kilograms, while its bomb-disposal robot dog has already been deployed by Wuxi police, enabling robots to carry out hands-on operations beyond conventional inspection and patrol duties.

The strong showing reflects the rapid growth of embodied intelligence in WND. In the first half of 2026, the district's embodied intelligence industry generated 1.6 billion yuan ($238.42 million) in revenue, up 106.7 percent year-on-year, the fastest growth rate in Wuxi.
The district has built an increasingly complete industrial supply chain, spanning intelligent sensors and modules to robotic joints and dexterous hands.
