WND's talent training institute praised by top universities, enterprises

The Industrial Technology and Innovation Talent Training Institute of Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (WND) has recently earned widespread praise from several renowned universities across China and top local enterprises, as it creates an efficient bridge between academic talent supply and enterprise demand.

Since its founding in 2022, the institute has launched 21 training programs, drawing more than 19,000 applicants from 1,078 universities worldwide. These include institutions such as Stanford University, the National University of Singapore, the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, and Peking University. Overall, 3,240 top students have been chosen to participate in training programs held in Wuxi.

University representatives said that the institute "integrates the classroom into the industrial chain". Built on WND's strong industrial base, the institute tailors its curriculum to meet corporate demands and involves enterprises at every stage — from selecting students and providing on-site lectures to organizing company visits and exclusive recruiting events. Activities like job fairs and networking dinners with entrepreneurs help students transition smoothly from training to employment.

Leading enterprises in the zone, such as Unicomp Technology and Longshine Technology Group, have sent letters of appreciation, acknowledging that the institute's talent development efforts have effectively addressed their urgent need for skilled professionals.
