A strategic cooperation agreement for the Qiaoyin Intelligent Service Robot Super Factory was signed in Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (WND) on July 23.
Founded in 2001, Qiaoyin City Management is China's first A-share listed urban and rural public service enterprise and a leader in the country's urban management service industry. Operating in more than 100 cities across 26 provinces, the company's business spans urban–rural environmental services, sanitation engineering, waterway management, smart sanitation, and intelligent operation equipment.
The new super factory, located in the Wuxi (National) Software Park, is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 3 billion yuan ($419.46 million) upon reaching full capacity, positioning itself as an innovation hub for the Yangtze River Delta's intelligent service equipment industry.
Xia Guanming, president of Qiaoyin, praised WND's industrial achievements and business-friendly environment, noting that its economic prosperity and strong industrial base align closely with the company's future-focused strategy. He emphasized that the efficient government services during the site selection process greatly boosted investor confidence.
By establishing the intelligent service robot super factory in WND, Qiaoyin aims to leverage its strong industrial chain to attract high-quality partners in intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the internet of things and build a complete industrial ecosystem, added Xia.
