WND opens first Huawei liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station

(wndonline.cn)Updated: 2025-03-25

The first Huawei liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station in Xinwu district, Wuxi, recently opened at the LongShine Sci-Tech Industrial Park. Jointly developed by LongShine's Xindiantu (New Electric Trip) and Suzhou Qingliang New Energy, the station is open to the public, providing a more convenient charging experience.

According to Dai Shilei, who oversees LongShine's Xindiantu business, the newly launched station utilizes Huawei's latest liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging technology. Integrated with the industrial park's smart microgrid system, Xindiantu offers an end-to-end connected charging service, achieving one kilometer per second at its fastest. The station also leverages photovoltaic-storage-charging integration, smart peak-valley electricity pricing, and dynamic energy management to deliver a charging experience that is ultra-responsive, cost-effective, and highly reliable.

The station is compatible with most mainstream electric vehicles and enables a quick "charge-and-go" experience. In just over 20 minutes, vehicles can charge up to 80 percent of their battery, significantly reducing waiting times for drivers.

Xindiantu has expanded its network across more than 400 cities in China, connecting over 1.7 million charging facilities and serving more than 18 million new energy vehicle owners.
