Wuxi Autowell Technology Co Ltd in the Wuxi National Hi-tech District in Wuxi has recently been listed among the seventh batch of national single-product champion enterprises in the manufacturing industry.

Single-product champion enterprises are like little giant companies but with better performance.

Little giant companies are leading small and medium-sized enterprises that specialize in niche sectors, command a high market share, and boast strong innovative capacity and core technologies, while single-product champion enterprises boast world-leading production technology and rank among the top three in the world in market share.

Autowell secured the title for its automatic string welding machine for photovoltaic cells.

Founded in 2010, Autowell has obtained 923 patents and its clients include leading photovoltaic enterprises such as Longi, Jinko, and Trina Solar.

Autowell's global market share has exceeded 70 percent for the past three years, and its annual increase rate of operating revenue has reached 80 percent in recent years.

In the first three quarters of this yer, Autowell's operating revenue totaled 2.40 billion yuan ($332.76 million), more than its total operation revenue last year.
