Wuxi National Hi-tech District hosted the Bodu River Kayak Competition and E-sports Camping Carnival at the Bodu River Park on June 25, creating a visual feast integrating tradition and fashion.

The event, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of WND, was held to attract people's attention to health and fitness and provide locals with a festival involving sports, culture, music and tourism.

Participants of the kayak competition tried their best to carry out a fierce competition on the Bodu River.

The Bodu River is the mother river of the WND. It was the first artificial canal in the Jiangnan area, dug 3,200 years ago. The event showcased the local spirit of overcoming difficulties and forging ahead.

At night, a music festival themed around e-sports ignited some summer passion, with flashing lights and surging soundwaves.
