WND firm supports 'green' Olympics

The "hydrogen energy travel" project carried out during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics was one of the world's largest demonstration projects for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen energy infrastructure.

During the Olympics, more than 1,000 fuel cell vehicles and 700 hydrogen fuel buses were put into use. With their zero tailpipe emissions and energy independence, these hydrogen vehicles have shown the world the broad application prospects of hydrogen fuel cells.

Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co, based in the Wuxi National Hi-tech District, provided high-efficiency hydrogen fuel cell equipment complete-line solutions to support the project.

It produces hydrogen energy stack systems for installation in vehicles that are then rolled out to the market.

Statistics suggest that by 2030, the size of China's fuel cell vehicle market will reach 500 billion, and the market size of vehicle fuel cells will reach 120 billion.
