Wuxi China Resources Microelectronics Co Ltd is a branch of China Resources (Holding) Co, and is responsible for the investment, management and development of microelectronics. The company is one of the largest and most influential comprehensive microelectronics companies in China.

Located in Wuxi (Taihu) International Science and Technology Park (T-Park), in Wuxi National Hi-tech District (WND), the company has 1.7 billion yuan ($267.3 million) registered capital and 570 million yuan ($8.9 million) total investment.

Wuxi China Resources Microelectronics produces integrated circuit designs, masks, wafer fabrication equipment, and package testing and other discrete devices. It is the only enterprise in China with a complete semiconductor industry chain.
