WND company hosts intelligent data conference

The Fanruan Intelligent Data Conference, hosted by WND-based FanRuan Software, was held in Wuxi on Sept 17-19.

FanRuan Software is a leading business intelligence vendor in China, helping companies improve their efficiency and processing capacity.

Under the theme of "digital innovation", the conference included one main summit, 10 industrial forums, and four themed forums focusing on the development trends of industrial IoT, smart cities, and digital infrastructure.

Over 1,300 guests from 800 enterprises and intuitions attended the conference. The livestream of the main summit also attracted over 2 million viewers.

During the main summit, Chen Yan, founder and CEO of FanRuan Software, said that "Informatization plays an important role in resuming operations and in epidemic prevention and control. More and more companies are increasing their budgets for data applications, using reports for data collection, and using BI tools to build data analysis visualization platforms."

In the first half of this year, Wuxi's digital economy continued to develop, with total revenues for the high-end software, cloud computing, and big data industries increasing by 26.9 percent, 17.08 percent, and 10.5 percent year-on-year, respectively.
