Jin Bo Erhu Workshop

The Jin Bo Erhu Workshop was established by Qiang Jinbo, a craftsman who has been playing and making erhu for over 40 years.

Each erhu, a traditional Chinese two-stringed bowed instrument, produced by Jin Bo is made with fine materials and excellent production. Qiang still makes key parts of each instrument himself.

Qiang did woodwork for many years until the 1980s, which helped him develop a strong foundation for erhu making. Many professors of Chinese music academies speak highly of the erhu made by Qiang.
