Wingtech's 5G intelligent terminal project settles in WND

The signing ceremony for a 5G intelligent terminal and semiconductor research and development project from Wingtech Technology Co was signed in Wuxi's Xinwu district on Dec 12.

Wingtech Technology Co is a leading Chinese mobile terminal and intelligent hardware platform. Its projects include R&D and the production of mobile terminals, intelligent hardware, notebooks, virtual reality, vehicle networking, automotive electronics and other fields in NB-IoT. Wingtech cooperates with many major industry players and provide services for more than 170 countries and regions.

Huang Qin, acting mayor of Wuxi, attended the signing ceremony and said the project was supposed to fill a gap in Wuxi's intelligent terminal market and help improve the city's 5G industry.

Huang hopes more quality projects such as chip design and AI algorithms, and internet of things work on semiconductors will settle in Wuxi.

Zhang Xuezheng, chairman of Wingtech Technology Co, took the Wuxi base as the company's "second undertaking" for its excellent investment environment and efficient government service.
